Jeb Bush, President George W. Bush's young brother has been caleed the first "E-governor", due to the fact that he recieves tens of thousands of e-mails and he responds to many of them. His official portrait was unveiled to the public today at the governor's mansion. Included in the picture is his trusted BlackBerry.
